From Financial Analyst at Central Bank to Finance Manager at SME. Smart move?
I'm currently working as a financial analyst at a central bank. This means that I supervise other banks regarding their compliance with banking law. I've been working here for 1 year right after obtaining my masters' in finance.
Recently I've received an offer to become a finance manager at an SME with 40 FTE's and 2 direct reports. Salary wise I would stay at about the same level. Does this seem like a smart career move or should I look for something else?
