Help Choosing Career Path - Not Sure What To Take!

Hi lovely people!

I work for one of the big brokerages  (CBRE and the like etc.) and have found  myself in a position  where I can either move to what they call   Corporate Finance   (corp. transactions/portfolio sales etc. ) or join a Loan Advisory/Restructuring team (advising banks/other lenders on PL/NPL/Non-core loans, as well as other restructuring services etc.)

I am having a very hard time making  a decision on which way to go  - I am  an ex-banker who has found his way into Real Estate and after having a bumpy 2020 (redundancy)  am just keen to get on a path. My background was in debt but that is not necessarily weighing in on any decision  and wont help in either role.

Any advice, suggestions or  ideas where any of these paths could go/lead to.
