How hard is it to get a VP/Head of CorpDev role?
Lateral from Director+ level in IB? Would VP suffice? It can take years or decades to rise up the ranks and looks to make more sense to lateral to this seat. Are there other paths besides IB or PE?
Surveys say this is a $500k-$1M+ total comp role at F500, tech and PE backed with good WLB and upside to C suite. Good option except for the lack roles.
