Indecisive about offers

I am a recent college graduate, and I got two offers, one is from Brown Brothers Harriman for an operational role, and the second one is from Willis Towers Watson as a pension benefit analyst. The compensation is almost the same for both of them, but the pension analyst position can be completely remote. I care more about which one will bring more opportunities in future for breaking in for corporate finance or banking in general. Thanks in advance for any suggestions!
