Is the Ford credit leadership development program good?
I interviewed recently for the FCLDP
After reading a little bit of the reviews on glassdoor it doesn't seem to be your typical f500 finance rotational program. Seems like the exit opps and the skills developed are not that great. Apparently you're in collections for a year?
Does anyone know more about this program or can shed light about it?
I'm interested in the FLDP as stepping stones to well ranked business schools, and my interest is working in finance/consulting after MBA.
