JPMC Business Manager - Associate TC?

Interviewing for a role that looks to be middle office between CIB and F&BM groups at JPMC in NYC with frequent exposure to sales and front office. I’ve heard some cautious things about joining a MO/BO (for context I’m currently outside of the finance space, and this role is more tech adjacent). For someone trying to break into the industry, and future exit ops, is this a good call? Is compensation also pretty good for an associate level respectively to FO or BO? Thanks!
