L> Corporate Finance Interview Tips/Tricks

Hey everyone,

Amidst the sea of applications that I've sent out for summer internships in 2021, I've gotten an interview opportunity for a CF summer intern role at a unicorn startup here in Southeast Asia. I've went through the first round of interviews with a couple of associates and senior associates in the firm and just got shortlisted for the second round of interview with more senior folks (senior managers, directors).

I hope to get some insights on possible questions that might arise from this round of interviews. I'm guessing this round will comprise of both generic fit questions + higher level technical questions (how to structure a deal, how to evaluate strategic fit, etc.) rather than modelling questions which was asked in the first round. Let me know!
