Move from Corporate Treasury to Banking

London based Corporate Treasury Professional. Started in a Mega Corp in Industrials doing Front Office work (FX/Commodity/IR hedging), Short Term/MM investments, Cash/Debt Management and managing banking relationships. Currently in a PE owned tech company. Feels very jargon & Politically driven. Proper nonsense culture. Does anyone have any advice. Thinking of a move maybe to the sell-side. FX sales, Transaction Banking sales or Corporate Coverage. London based.
