Pretend you have just been made an executive at a start-up. The way the business is working out, you are legitimately expecting to have 100 customers, a revenue stream of $1, and a valuation of $25-50M. The problem is that the current CEO and founder is running his business on Excel and Notepad.
What technology would you implement to bring him to the next level and run the business like a real business? I'm talking databases, ERP, CRM, whatever comes to mind. It has to be something affordable, but also worthwhile.
