Need some recommendations/ suggestions!

Hey guys,

I am a current junior going into my senior year of college and I am looking to be an analyst with a firm in Manhattan preferably. Had a slide dip with grades but should be graduating with over a 3.0.

Can anyone please help me into how to land an analyst position with a firm in NYC? I was offered a job with Northwestern Mutual to do wealth management and get trained on such matters and etc. Is this a good start? They offered to pay for my series 6,7&63 and any other licenses needed for me to go to where I want to go!

My question is, am I on the right path? What should I do as this is my life Dream!!!

Thank you all for your help and for the time to read and answer my question!!!
