Opinions of Big 4 Business Modelling experienced hire opportunities

Hi guys

Read pretty much every Big 4 Business Modelling related thread on this forum but most are a bit old (2-3 years+) and are US focused.

What are opinions on entering Big 4 as an experienced hire into one of these teams especially in UK? Believe all bar PWC have them and they fall in under their Corporate Finance / Economics / Valuation broader teams.

From what i've gathered in my research there seems to be very low churn - most seem to stay in those teams with only a few people popping up as having left and gone else where - which i guess speaks to people either enjoying working there or being unemployable any where else :) Although have noticed some CFAers from these team pop up in investment roles subsequently & in banking boutiques afterwards.

How would these be viewed as a stepping stone into more of Corporate Development type role in industry (vs e.g. gaining experience in FP&A)? How are they viewed in general on the market vs the much larger TS teams etc.

Any salary estimates for Managers / Senior Managers / Associate Directors?

Many thanks

Regards
