Prepare for Corporate finance internship
Hi!
How can you prepare for a corporate finance internship?
Should you focus on more general excel stuff or financial modeling?
I know there will be a lot of IPO related work, where can you find info about how to do IPO models?
Just get into decent shape. If you can bench 225 for 15 reps and run 5 miles in 30 minutes, you should be on track to getting a full time offer.
It'll certainly be more productive than anything you mentioned.

Hey guys, I accepted an offer for a corporate finance/treasury summer internship at a well-known engineering/construction company for this summer and I'm stoked to say the least. I'm a 3rd year International Studies: Poli Sci/Econ major with a minor in Finance.
I've got about 7 weeks till I start and have a somewhat light class schedule this quarter in school, so would like to start preparing for it.
I took a corporate finance class last spring quarter, and still have notes from that class but was wondering if there are any ways that you guys would recommend preparing for the internship.
