Risk pivot to capital market side?

I have been working for 2nd line liquidity (mainly liquidity stress test) and interest risk in a largest regional commercial bank for three years since graduate from grad school. Any advice to pivot to capital market side? Talking with some folks but looks like they prefer fresh grads which is understandable, but also any suggested career directions?
