Seeking advice for FP&A analyst role in P2P lending company

Hello! I'm interviewing (final interview) FP&A analyst role with a P2P lending company, but I don't have any background in this space (big four audit +PE ops). Could anyone give me some advice in what exactly do they do and anything I should look out for in the interview? During phone interview with hiring manager, I was pretty lost at what he was talking about as he brought on more acronyms. I really need this job, so thanks very much for your help!
