Vanguard AFP/ELDP Program info?
How is the program for full time? How competitive? Compensation? Exit opps? I've heard plenty about their IM program but don't know much about AFP/ELDP. Would it be better to start in an MO role at a BB for less COL-adjusted comp or one of these programs?
