What do corp dev interviews typically entail?
Looking at corp dev roles in the health care/services and insurance industries. What do corp dev teams at these type of companies look for in candidates - and what type of case studies/tests should I be expecting for the interviews?

After the initial HR interview I was given a CIM with 36-48 hours to complete (over the weekend). They wanted to see an LBO & a short slide/ppt deck on the investment thesis + pso/negs of the deal. Afterwards I had a discussion with the team relating to what was submitted and then a final short interview with the CFO.
