So I'm considering applying to this MM firm and they have a position in a department called 'corporate finance, capital markets and corporate broking'. I'm familiar with the first two but what exactly does corporate broking entail? Hasn't broking slowly been in decline since the 1980s/90s? What are exit opps like?
