Quick edit. This is definitely lower than market, which is offset a bit by early carry and good worklife balance. Hours ebb and flow but on avg probably like 50 or so per week. Plus fee free coinvest is great.
Good data - what did your base and bonus increase to in conjunction with the promotion and what is your work / life balance like?
Base moved to 175, was hoping for a bit higher.
Bonus target is 105k. We do carry awards twice a year so potentially another 1 to 2 points
