Awarded 1 point of carry alongside promotion, 4 year vest, should be worth around $200k total. 

Quick edit. This is definitely lower than market, which is offset a bit by early carry and good worklife balance. Hours ebb and flow but on avg probably like 50 or so per week. Plus fee free coinvest is great.
