Best LevFin Experience points?

Hey guys,

just wondering what the best experience is for getting in Leveraged finance to talk about on resume. Is it all about closed acquisition financing deals? Or is it ok if most of your experience is on refinancings of portfolio companies?

in the acquisition financing deals, it seems like it’s best to be holding pen on the model and writing the whole financials section of the CM, but is doing more of the other sections also thorough experience?

ie focusing on the customer business, investment thesis, terms etc to get into PE/PC still solid or would they mostly look at financials?

My group holds pen on the model which is ideal from that regard so I’m told.
