BlackRock Credit Teams - what do they do exactly?

Hello,

I am interested in learning more about credit at BlackRock. They say on their website that they are split up into private credit, multi-strategy, and leveraged finance. From my understanding, private credit is a fund that lends money to companies like a bank, but I am not sure what the other two do?

Also, as a junior person with no prior work experience, what would be the best team out of these three to join? Would you just pick based on what part of credit markets you find interesting, or based on the current credit market conditions, or anything else?
