I have seen a lot of information on comp progression for corporate banking, was wondering if anyone had any insight into comp progression for commercial banking at a BB (jpm/BoA/ citi) Thanks!
Got an offer for 140 base 40 bonus at tier 3/4 international bank. Idk which associate level, but probs associate 2/3. Pay is competitive with higher tier banks from what I’ve heard about them.

$140k as an AN2?
Think that's Assoc 2 level as I think I know this bank
What do you think bonus would be on 140k base?
