Historically has been a credit shop that has done deals that are not straight down the fairway and as such, have commanded higher yields. Seems like a growing platform, and have heard culture is generally good. Uphill battle to exit into MF credit arms because Comvest is inherently a MM shop

Friend works there. Slightly below market comp but given Chicago / West Palm it’s net higher (less taxes, LCOL) v NYC.
Very strong deal pipeline and great WLB, been raising larger and larger funds. Most deals are hairier DL deals, have a SS / Opportunistic, BSL, and ABF exposure too.
How much is comp. Outside of rent and meals, at some point you’ll still save more in tier 1 cities if you make more
