Credit IR at Ares?
Been seeing a lot of openings from the DL IR team at Ares from junior to senior level. Anyone have insights on the team and the structure of the in-house IR stuff that they do? The description sounds pretty interesting
investor relations? make powerpoints for new pitches/products/roadshows/give investors data on the underlying.
Is the work enjoyable? I do understand that exit opps may be largely limited?
Investor relations is a completely different skillset from investing roles so yea "exit opps" would be limited, but I'd imagine the kind of person who does well in IR would have no interest in leaving (way better WLB, still great comp, more social role, etc. etc.)
Any idea on comp?

not much, you'd mostly deal with inbound requests.
