Credit Risk IB/Credit Risk Management at Credit Suisse
Hi,
Does anyone have any more info on this group at CS? It looks quite interesting and I found this line from an old linkedin post -'This includes underwriting debt financings in connection with leveraged buy-outs, acquisitions and refinancings, loan participations as well as credit lines for derivatives business'. This sounds quite front office, is this similar to the Credit Risk role at JP which is considered front office?

Credit in JP is not front office but it is the closest you will be to it (within credit).
They basically do the underwriting and own the portfolio management of the leveraged lending portfolio.
