Joining one of the Credit teams within their MBD or nowadays called Asset Management Private.
Anyone have insight on culture, hours, compensation for Analyst 1?
Is the salary same as IBD and how easy is to move across teams in MBD / cross division to for instance IBD?
What type of exits are expected down the road?

I am interested in the compensation. What is the total comp in Year 1 -> Year 5 and how does it differ to IBD and Corporate Equity vs GE. Likewise, does the Salary (Base) increase with the same amount as other groups.
Compensation in MBD is generally in line with IBD. No difference between Credit vs PE vs GE on junior ranks.

From what I've heard, base same as IBD and bonus slightly higher. As you progress, I imagine PE and maybe IBD comp is higher
No, I cannot confirm that. Why would comp in Credit be worse than in PE or IBD?
