How to get better at 4h PC case study?

Title. Have a 4hr PC case study coming up. Not sure what format or deliverable will be and trying to prep. I am coming from public markets and have mostly looked at public bond/loan OM’s. Couple q’s: 1) Would the private CIMs have more easily accessible relevant info for driving the model and explaining the story than what’s in a public bond OM? 2) how long should I spend on the model vs reading the doc to understand the business? 3) if expected to model out rev or cost drivers how easily do you think this historical info will be to find in the provided docs? 4) what is usually the deliverable for PC cases and how long if 4h given should be spent on the deliverable?

5)general tips?

What would the ideal time split for the 4h? Like how much should I spend getting the model set up vs reading and understanding vs thinking about drivers vs structure?
