How to list deals in transaction experience segment of Resume
I've spent the past few years on the buyside, focused primarily on direct‑lending credit investing. Given the volume in this space, I've been on the deal team for roughly 50 closed transactions, with deep involvement across underwriting, diligence, and execution. I'm now looking to lateral while still early in my career, and I'm trying to refine how to present transaction experience on a one‑page resume. If I only have two bullets per deal, should I focus on my role and responsibilities, the investment thesis, or something else? Any advice would be appreciated.

definitely put role and responsibilities in the selected transaction experience since psychologically the interviewer is going to draw their attention to the indentation of a deal experience and press on it more and there you might be able to speak to the investment thesis. but when applying, you need to show that you played a decent role in that select transaction.
