Negotiating Comp Package as First Associate at New Fund
Received an offer from a new platform raising a ~$300 million fund this year. The offer they gave seems low based on talking to friends and people in the industry. What should I be asking for in terms of cash comp and carry (not even sure if I should expect to receive any, but worth asking about)
