Curious to know what people are hearing for 2023 private credit comp — specifically for firms that provide second lien facilities/mezz (along with select minority equity co-investments)

Comp is more based on AUM than return profile. Smaller firms will pay in the mid 200s for ASO1 while larger firms will pay in the high 200s to low 300s.

Base: $175k (raised to $225k for associate 2)
Bonus: $150k (all cash)
