Rx vs. LevFin - Associate Lateral Hire
Currently considering lateral opportunities to move to either an associate position in RX or LevFin with a background in M&A / Financing.
I was wondering how technical interviews would get for both options and what technicals to expect? Also would you expect any question related to legal / structural topics?
Looking at both careers in the long run and a potential move to the buy side in a few years, what would be my better option? LevFin at a BB or Rx at a leading shop?
