Mining results in draw of people to crypto-friendly areas?
Hi everyone! I was wondering what you think about this: Will crypto mining have positive effects on isolated and therefore economically disadvantaged areas and draw people to them due to low energy costs? Resulting in improved economical balance?
Crypto mining is at nowhere near the scale (currently) to have this kind of impact.
How is this an improved balance? This just sounds like further gentrification displacing people...
