it's the reverse reverse signaling effect. (people who are doing something illegal almost always turn to Bitcoin. in effect, Bitcoin users are almost always doing something shady).

Back then coinbase gave you 1USD worth of BTC on your first transaction. Sold that when it topped at like 20k for over $1,300. FML wish I followed up with the refund he offered me since fake ID never showed up.

I have been mostly buying and selling off again in the past but I recently bought some cultural coins and I am going to try to use them to buy tickets for concerts etc and for travelling which is kind of the concept of the coin.
