22 y/o Buyside Equity Analyst (6 months in) What should my targets be for the next year?

I’m 22 and currently 6 months into my first role as a buyside equity analyst. I’m still early in the learning curve, but I want to be intentional about how I develop over the next 12 months.
For those who’ve been on the buyside longer: What should a strong first-year analyst be able to do by the end of year one? How much focus should I put on modeling vs. accounting depth vs. idea generation? When did you start pitching original ideas conf
