2nd round

I am applying for an ER Internship and wondering what questions I can expect for a 2nd round technical interview? What should I study the most. What are they most likely to ask? Any ideas in order to prepare best way possible?

the answer above is good.  i'll add a little more.

have a full stock pitch prepared; doesn't have to be super detailed, but we always ask for major bull / bear points to the story and the investment thesis/ rating you'd put on the stock.  helps if the stock is in/ adjacent to the sector you're interviewing for, but i understand that can be hard when you're interviewing across multiple teams.  know how to value a name using various approaches (e.g. multiple basis, Dcf).  Have points prepared for where you might be wrong.

know how 3 statements interact (ie if you increase an expense on income statement, what other line items does it impact on I/S and CFS) and how to calculate free cash flow

Thank You so much!! I proceed and i am now in the final round. Is it going to be the same or what do you think it will be like?
