Anyone ever paid Tennessee Professional Privilege Tax for passing series 7 & 63?

I got a mail from Tennessee Department of Revenue last month, asking me to pay a Tennessee Professional Privilege Tax. I looked up online and according to tn.gov website (https://apps.tn.gov/privtx/), it's an annual tax imposed on persons holding an active Tennessee license or registration to practice certain professions. I have never been to Tennessee, so I guess this must be related to Series 7 & 63 I passed last year. But I asked a few colleagues in my team and none of them have heard about this before. Does anyone ever paid for this tax for holding Series 7 & 63?

Thanks so much!
