Are there any firms that take any entry level equity research associates?

I graduated in December of 2018 and have been trying to find an ER associate role around the US. I haven't found any entry level roles that will give me a shot and I'm sending out mass emails every week to try and connect with people. Does anyone know of ER roles that may still be recruiting off cycle? I have internships in boutique IB, PWM, and business dev.

With internships in IB and bus dev, you probably have relevant enough experience to get past resume screening. Any other details on your background? (e.g. target/non-target; location; major; etc.)

Separate and apart from those details, your best bet is to network with your school alumni, especially since you're a recent grad. Equity Research is getting squeezed more and more heavily with each passing year and this year is no different. If you're not a shoe-in by virtue of education / experience, connections are your best bet (not impossible to get in through mass-mailing, but your hit rate is going to be super low).
