BB Biotech ER Comp Expectations?
Hi, about to land a biotech ER spot at a BB. What is reasonable comp to expect (Base + Bonus) as a first year? Thank you.

Should clarify advanced degree in biotech. 200k isn’t out of Q - know few associates pulled this 2023
Not right out of school. Unless it was MAYBE at leerink or Cowen. Biotech hype on the SS is dead (for now)
All my data points are right out of school…. And yes both those banks + another smaller one in my sample size.

With or without advanced degree? 200k all in is achievable only with MD/PhD with prior experience to boot. 120k + 25% for 150k is more likely for undergrads. Some shops are still paying 100k base for RA1s. I have more specific color for some BBs, feel free to PM
