BB Equity Research vs. other opportunity

Hi guys,

Might have a near-term equity research position at a BB bank. Just left small VC firm. Given timing of market was also thinking about law school to protect future interests (please don't vomit).

BB opportunity would be with one of the best/notable in the industry. Which do you think is better for long-term in finance/money management/entrepreneurship? Could equity research be a good platform to jump into trading later on? (not saying this is what I would like to do...)
