How's Berenberg's reputation in London specifically for equity research? Any other fun facts/opinions people want to share about their London office? Seems like a good research house?
Very well respected in the UK and Europe more broadly. Known for in depth industry research, and have some pretty strong analysts in tech, capital goods, etc.
Post from the director above is true but as a junior I would keep in mind that they have a pretty bad over hire and over fire cycle there. They had let go of their grad analysts like 3 months in last intake
All of them, or a select few? Know a few people interning there would be good heads up

As a client I agree with both the above. From pan-European perspective great place, active in events, they did let go of also sr ER analysts last year
Bump, any update on 2024 perspective. Heard in 2023 they let quite a lot of juniors go
