Will be going into ER in a few weeks (BB, Associate, sell-side, east coast) and thought I'd tap into the wisdom of the crowd on how to thrive on the job. I've learnt a ton (been bookmarking many great pieces of advice in various forums here) and I absolutely love some of the discussions.
