Hi guys,
I am an undergraduate student with an offer from BlackRock fundamental equity research team. I was initially aiming to get into BB S&T (trading or structuring) but ended up with this offer and I was wondering what are the usual exit options that ppl from BlackRock/PIMCO etc would take if you fail to move up to a PM position.
Would I be able to move to the sell-side (IB/S&T/ER) easily with some experience in BlackRock and would it be considered a good move?
