BofA Equity Research - Clean Energy and Utilities

Anyone know anything on the Clean Energy and Utilities Equity Research team at Bank of America? I'm interested in comp as first year analyst, culture, etc. Also, there always seems to be job postings every few months on LinkedIn. I'm not sure if this is normal for the industry or if it's a red flag. Any advice or info is appreciated.

He’s a brand new analyst to BofA, so no insight on culture. The last utilities senior ran a sweat shop, but I’m not sure that’s a valid data point since the whole team turned over. He ranked #3 in II at UBS. BofA analyst comp is like $110 bottom-200k top bucket these days, I believe. In general, they’re very generous with seniors, but I think junior analyst comp is in-line with other BBs
