Breaking into BB Credit/Equity Research out of undergrad?
I'm a senior at a target (undergrad of an M7). Did an IB internship at a BB this summer, but I'm looking to pivot to credit/equity research. I think it would be a better fit and have a better WLB than IB. Does anyone have any insight/advice on making the switch? Where should I be looking besides other BBs since roles are pretty scare? Won't be applying to FT IB roles since I just know I would burn out in less than a year.
