Breaking into sellside ER from starting at OppenheimerFunds?

Hello all,

I know threads like these are a little annoying, but I was wondering if anyone had insight onto the reputation of OppenheimerFunds and how a stint there in ER would look like for lateraling to another shop or directly to B school? I haven't seen Op mentioned much in these forums other than the investment bank within op&co, but the AM arm doesn't seem to be mentioned with the likes of fido, AB, and other large AMs.
