Business Undergrad For ER?

I’ve searched through poetsandquants and WSO but I can’t seem to find any undergrads that have programs/clubs specifically geared towards SS/BS ER. There isn’t much info on this online either because this is just an incredibly small industry, if any of you are aware of colleges that have excellent ER resources, please reach out. Would the best bet to get into ER be to attend a strong business school or a strong research university?

Depends on the sector you want to get into. Generally, a finance or accounting background will be helpful that way you have some familiarity with the modeling and terminology. But a lot of what you will do on the job will be learned in real time.

The best way to prepare is to become knowledgeable about the sector you're applying to. Read ER reports from your school database, keep up with leading companies, read transcripts, and follow general sector / industry news flow.

ER associate seats do not open up very often, so you need to network with people in industry and keep in touch with the people you talk to.
