Clarity on progression, comp, and exit roles in ER?

Hello Monkeys,

So of course there have already been many posts asking about compensation and career progression in ER but it seems to vary drastically. I'd like to get an idea by someone that has recently been through an entry level position on the base salary, bonus by year, progression, and how to approach exit opportunities (is it more headhunter focused or are you applying yourself for the most part?)

I understand it will vary by bank, by group, by performance, etc but generalize as much as possible. I am currently starting a role at a BB (JPM/MS) on a team that I would assume is average. Starting at 85 base and my goal would likely be to move to a fundamental shop.
