You should probably give threads a bit more than 3 hours before "bumping", otherwise you'll piss people off.
It's an expert network, competitor to Gerson Lerhman Group. The "research" they do is finding experts to speak to their clients, who are investors. At the junior level it is almost exactly the same as headhunting. It's not ER at all but a decent job out of college all things considered.
