Networked with an undergrad alumnus there when I had no idea how biotech ER worked. He was shocked to have received an email and genuinely enjoyed our chat.
It's a top group for the space; they exclusively hire PHDs. Idk if you've tried to network with Bio ERs at all, but a lot of these dudes are introverts. Even one conversation is the only impression you'll need for an interview. Nerdy, but not the spergs like tech
Interesting good to know… I’ve tried reaching out to some of these guys. I do see people without PhD’s working there in biotech ER. So don’t know what these guys did.
