Differences between IB and ER recruiting?
Is recruiting for ER as formal and structured as IB recruiting? How different are the timelines and the interview questions? It seems like the overwhelming majority of students at target schools are interested in IB, and very few for ER. Does coming from a target school matter for ER just as much as IB? Also, are first year salaries for ER on par with those of IB?
