Got a reply to an email this week to check back in in two weeks with an ER guy bc earnings are ramping up
Off-cycle timeline is urgent, but should I wait a couple of weeks ago to keep sending emails and focus on another area in the meantime, or maybe send now and shoot a follow up around then?

I wouldn’t reach out during earnings because it could signal that you have no idea about the cadence of work for the role. If someone reaches out to me during earnings I’m usually annoyed, and I’m one that responds back to everyone.
